On 23 and 24 March, our lovely AgriBenessere will be hosting GREEN IMMERSION Retreat – an immersive experience that will take you along trails and connect you with other life forms around us 🌳🌸
Whether you are an actor, performer, artist, beginner or simply a nature lover willing to experience something different, this experience is for you!
If you would like to spend two days and slow down your pace by searching for yourself, or if you are a couple and want to share a moment of well-being and growth, this is the right opportunity for you.

23 March
9.30 a.m. Check-in and accommodation in the rooms/apartments
10.30 am Workshop start. Welcome, introduction to the activity we are going to carry out. Presentation of participants and motivation. Breath awareness, warm-up exercises, body scan and sharing
13.30 Quick lunch
2.00 p.m. Walking towards the wood to discover the trees life. Lead by Massimiliano Ciofini, Master Ikebana and Master Gardener
At the end of the walk there will be an exploration of stillness. Sharing moment.
18.00 End of the activities
8.00 p.m. Awareness dinner
24 March
8.00-10.00 a.m. Buffet breakfast
